Architects designed Bell Mar with the distinct goal of conveying an approachable elegance that utilizes stylish design and bold colors to ensure its tenants will get noticed. The signature design element of the center is a unique mast and sails which will not only provide shade, but a distinguishable sense of place.

At night, the center will be lit with an innovative lighting package that will draw patrons in and create a dazzling evening display.
